Hey guys, as demonstrated by recent events, the brotherhood really comes through in a time of need. Now, this is nothing personal to me, however, it is personal to a Minnesota Off-Roader.

The MS Crawl 4 The Cure was started by a RockHead member whose wife was diagnosed with MS. Last year the event raised a little over $27,000 which turned out the be the second most effective fund raiser for MS in Minnesota. The remarkable part is that this event is not organized or advertised by the MN Multiple Sclerosis Society! This year's event starts July 20th and runs through the weekend.

4WD and SUV's Magazine Article on Last Year's Crawl

60% of the net profits contributed go to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society for research purposes. 40% of the net profits contributed go to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Minnesota Chapter. The organizing clubs are non-profit organizations and all of their time is donated. Event costs are covered by corporate sponsors.

If you would like a receipt, I can provide you with one and all donations are 100% charitable and as tax deductible as the IRS allows. Please PM me if you are interested in donating.

Thanks for doing this Mikey! As some of you know, my wife was diagnosed last August. We are fit and healthy, you'd never know anything was wrong. We don't use any MS donations or anything, but appreciate all the support. We too will be forming our own fund rasiers out here in so cal. Thanks again for this Mikey!

It's really my pleasure Branndon, I've got a few local business owners that I may be able to get to donate as well. I've been looking for a good, positive thing to do outside of wheeling, and this sorta mixes the best of both worlds.

I'm hoping with a couple of my resources and newcomers this year we'll be able to hit $40,000 or better. The event organizers are hoping for $50,000, which is definitely feasible with enough hard work and generosity.

    Thanks a ton man!

Dogdaysunrise (Mike) just shot me a donation via Paypal. Thanks dude!

Just an FYI, there is no set donation amount. ANY and ALL donations are really appreciated and will go towards making this year's C4C event the biggest, best, and most generous yet!

Just thinking about it, maybe just check with the mods to see if its okay to post up for donations. I remember there being some heat in the past about stuff.

awesome thing you are doing Mikey. I have been dealing with MS since 1994. Well i should actually say my mother has MS. They diagnosed it in 1994 but dated it back as far as 1988. It is not a fun thing to deal with.

Thanks brother, exactly why I plan on putting up a decent amount of money myself.

    Top for the night shift.
