i almost bought a 2005 GT. that car does look sweet and i really don;t like cars. i test drove one with my little man and had to make up a story to leave so i didn;t buy it.:wink1: IF they made the new camero before 2010 i would look at that. GM sucks for getting rid of anything worth owning.

I have owned 11 stangs through the years .I sold my last one last year it was a 86 coupe (4cyl) that I converted to a v8 5 spd car using a wrecked 88 gt I bought at a salvage sale.It ran low 11's on drag radials with a 175 shot .I got into Jeeps which finally lead me here lol I had always liked the k5's and it suited my needs better than the Jeeps being I have 2 small boys and a wife to ride around.I will try to get some pics of some of my old stangs

i've been doing some work on my uncles 85 lx convertable thats got a 88 gt HO motor in it . The car has got some giddy up to it . He paid $1800 for it . I wouldn't mind having one but I have to many toys at this time . I did have a 74 fastback with a v6 many years ago and back in 71 my dad had a 65 with a built 289 hipro . When I was about 6yrs old and riding with my dad in that stang he stuck his foot in it on a long straight road and I saw 135 on the speedo . Ever since then I love to go fast . My uncle also has areally nice 69 fastback . I would rather have an old 60's stang with the newer efi set up and a built stroker motor with the chassi set up for roadracing .
