my 89 without 1/4 or floor! making progress!

    progress pic, finally got rear floor and the drivers 1/4 off. Now I can install all new ploy body mounts and 1" body lift.

    It unbolts at the rear, where it attaches to the floor, then unbolts from the wheelwells. I used a spot weld drill and drilled the spot welds inside the door jamb and the inside the pillar, and then drilled the 4 spots where it's welded the top section. Then it just about pulled off. It wasn't hard at all. Trying to remove the rusty, crusty floor bolts, all 4 of them took longer than anything!!

    im glad you bought that truck otherwise i would have got stuck helping andre do that
