I was inspired by that "post your desk" post from a couple of weeks ago. Thouhght I would start my own thread since I'm so special :p: Oh, and using the photo gallery is such a pain, everything would be crystal clear if I had paid my hosting bill last month :doah: Anyways, this is where I access the world of crazy canadians, and the limitless knowledge that is CK5

Ha, it was the first thing in. Took four guys to haul it up to my second story apartment. Amazingly we didn't even crash it into any of the walls.

I don't blame you for wanting to store it in your room if you don't have a garage. When I lived with my grandmother, we lived in an apartment that had no garage. I stored a 454 that I took apart in my bedroom closet.

Storing a Dana 60 in your room, and putting the parts to a 454 in your closet? Dang! You both got 'em "operating room clean" before doing that did you?

I've built engines in my living room before, but we're talking ground level so I could roll it out the door on the engine stand.

When I lived in Ohio, one of my neighbors had so much stuff in his garage that he had to build engines for his friends in his laundry room.

Wife or girlfriend I imagine didn't like that all, or was he single at the time? I'm guessing single 'cause that may be how he was able to do that in the first place.

Actually, his GF really didn't care. She never did laundry at his house anyway.

I disassembled my winch in my dorm room.

You definitely take the cake for having a D60 sitting next to your desk though man.
