Hey, here are the pics of my freshly painted rig! There was someone on here who wanted to see a silver and black K5 w/ tan interior, here it is. I can take more pics if u need it or send bigger ones. Let me know what u think, I think it is a 100% improvement.

wow your right that was a big improvement.. Hey what seats/console are you using? I'm looking for something just like that(just got my blazer 3 days ago).. Some links and prices would be great. Plus did you have to modify anything on the floor or did they bold right in? Thanks...

That prop on the back should really help when crossing streams. [IMG]

Nice Blazer. I can't wait to finish my interior. (I'm re-upholstering the seats and installing new carpet in gray). How much did you pay for the paint job?

How good are those Michelin tires? Would you recommend them for a 80% on road/ 20% offroad use?

Those seats to my knowledge are the stock ones. I haven't chanegd them out and the person I bought it from didn't say any thing about them. I am sure they are stock.

It has the specs at the bottom of that page, along with where I got it painted (I got it done at Maaco for $830, that includes new hood, 2 tone, painting inside of tailgate, custom pinstriping, and 2 yr warrenty.

Looks good looks alot better without those running boards.
I planning on doing the shackle flip with 6-inch springs to fit 38.8 TSL Swampers.

Hey Steve, yea the 5 yo across the street said "Hey Dawson good thing you have that propeller on the back, next time it floods (it has never flooded here I don't know what he meant NEXT time) you can still drive." I played along w/ him, and said yea, I can go underwater too. My other neighbor (he is really stupid) came up to me later and said, can you really turn that thing on man? The guy is 13 years old and in the 8th grade!!! I just started cracking up.

Those Michelin tires, on road them seem great, they are the only tires I have ever had on there though. When I have driven it, it seems fine, but that has not been that much, no license yet (9 more days!!!). I haven't taken it off-road yet, but I am going to, and I will post how the tires do when I do. Whenever I get scrounge up the 2k for a lift and new tires, I am going to be getting rid of them along w/ the wheels.

Dawson - What color grey did you go with on the middle of your rig? And did you give back with the stripping where the top of the grey meets the black? Looks nice. - Gary

Hey, the color I used was this:
    91 BMW 244 Silver W9206
It is the same color they use on the Highway Patrol Cars here in NC, I don't know if it is the same in your state. If you go to Maaco they have the colors divided up by make and year, go to 91 BMW and that is the silver I have. I hope this helps. Also I don't know what you mean when u say "And did you give back with the stripping where the top of the grey meets the black?"
