Pretty amazing. This wreck happened in December. Hydroplaned on a highway outside of OKC and hit a car head-on. One fatality. That car is supposed to be a late-90's camaro.

That's crazy:eek1: Glad he is OK.

On another site I'm on, there was a guy who lives where I do, hit a loaded logging truck head-on......he survived.

That's insane. Sorry to hear about the fatality, any details? Was he speeding?

Not speeding. Just hydroplaned at 70 MPH. Driving too fast for conditions, probably.

Lesson learned from this situation though, cruise control is not maintaining control of your vehicle. When you hydroplane, your wheel speed no longer matches your ground speed.
