My headlights went out, and so did my other stuff

    My headlights, interoir lights, and my parkign lights all went out at the same time. fuses are find, i jumped a couple fuses thinking it was a bad wire and i got just baout everything to work but the headlights. its a 87K5, does any one have a full wiring diagram that i could get Via E-mail? thanks, john

    I had the same problem a few years ago it was a bad wire (fuseable link)on my starter solenoid. Check all of the connections and look for a balooned wire or burnt wire

    I just went through the same thing last week. Everything but the ignition and starter went out. Turned out that one of the wires on the starter had broken loose.

    Here is a link to an '89 Sub schematic. Most headlight switches have an internal (self)resetable circuit breaker...not sure on an '87 though.
