My truck had been running great for 4 weeks then one saturday a few weeks ago i started my truck and it wouldnt idle worth crap. I had to keep the brake on and give it gas at stop lights. I finally turned the idle up high enough to idle. What could be my problem? I dont think its timing because timing dosent just get off all of a sudden. My coil and module are new. My plugs and wires are fine. I think it could be fuel. The pump is fine i know that. Any suggestions?

Is your choke or float stuck? Make sure all vacuum lines are not cracked or pull loose anywhere. Make sure nothing is stuck in a fuel line somewhere or a fuel line that has busted. Good luck.
