I'm in Ventura County...my buddy has a 305 (I thinnk) out of an El Camino. It ran strong when it was pulled, I can see if he wants to sell it. What is it worth to you? I mean so I can tell him there is a guy intersted to buy it for $___
    Lemme know.

I have an early 350 that is 60 over. I just had all the machine work done at Horsepower by Gerolomy in Sacto. I had the it bored, line honed, decked, the works. Never built. I have a crank that has never been turned. I was just going to polish the journals. I don't have a rods or pistons. I have good heads that are complete with rockers (1.94/2.02, but I need to check that). I have a torker II intake. I have tall valve covers, a Holly 650 Mechanical secondary. I have an Edelbrock airfilter. I have a mechanical distributor and a coil. NO waterpump, oil pump, timing set, oil pan, bearings or gaskets. I have a cam that is used, but appears to be in good shape. I am a student in UC Irvine. I have to go Sac for the holiday and I will be returning on the 6th or so. I can bring the engine with me. I would like to get $400.00 for everything. Let me know

i would like to pay no more than $200 that and i have no clue where ventura county is. i am willing to pay what it takes if the engine is a good engine. also if it is semi complete. block and heads is probably all i need.

ps denver is too far. i dont mind driving to pick it up from someware. i have a blazer to load it up.

ck motor shops for a 305 long block And Ebay for a TPI and you have a good combo for a motor with kick and least amount of Money and if you can find a Iroc wrecked in Auto trader its even better. /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif /forums/images/graemlins/burb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/truck.gif
