One option is a 14-bolt semi-float. These are a little harder to find than a full float and seem to cost accordingly. The other is a semi-float d-60. The 60 would have to be built to be a 6-lug, 14-bolt already is. What gear ratio are you running now?

if you want something stronger the semi float 14 bolt is your best option. They came in 3/4 ton light duties with 6 lug rears and I think some Z71s and 1/2 tons have them too. My 95 3/4 ton has a semi float 14 bolt 8 lug.

I have a built 10 bolt rear that was in my 97 yukon for sale. It has moser shafts an auburn, and 3.73 gears. I also have the stock shafts too. It is complete drum to drum asking $350. PM me if interested.
