I can lend you like, $100 but that;s it, and I want your shoes for safe keeping, and if you don;t pay me back I'll take your fingers!

Anyway, if you didn't authorize the use, you can't be responsible right?

howdy, well i technically let my brother and this guy use my card/account to deposit the checks and withdrawal the cash amounts, but no one knows that, not the bank or anything, and afaik im not on the ATM camera until late monday morning when the thing took my card,

and also now i wonder if the officers may try to say that i assisted them in using stolen forged checks, if they were stolen and forged just like the one today, cuz all the bank told me is that they are bad, and that was it..., they said nothing about stolen or forged
    hmm..

    thanks

oh, i dunno what visa would or could do in this type of instance,

    hmm

now i dont know what i should do first, whether i should try and find out the bank policies regarding this or just call the local P.D. and go forth with this about the guy,

both have to be done anyways, i just dunno in what order would be best,

and i think calling the PD would be better than just showing up, knowing my luck id probably end up stuck in there in a bad way, whereas with a phone call i am still free, if they could evne detain me for what im guilty of in this case, and that is allowing a person to use my account card and PIN when they were depositing bad and possibly stolen/forged checks, if they were stolen and forged they were not such to my knowledge, i assumed that both were legit, but i didnt get to see them, i took my brother's and this guy's word for it,. and i didnt personally make either transaction

i assume that i would have been paid a visit by the PD by now if they thought i was the one that stole or forged or deposited either or both of the two checks, in which i am not

    so hmm..

    thanks for anything further
