i need an engine... BAD. anything chevy that is running. inline 6, 305, 327, 350... Diesel or gas... ANYTHING!! just has to have good compression.

it needs to be in so cal or arizona (yuma Phoenix area... Tucson works also)

the blazer needs to move on its own power again.

i am looking to spend ~250.00. i can freshen one up with parts i have on hand already.

i can pick up and will have money the middle of september.
    thanks

If you come up to WA state I have a good running 250 I-6 plus 2 extra core motors for $100 total. The running motor is a mid 80's integrated head motor that came from a wrecked truck (motor still running, just had a hole in the oil pan :doah: ). It is completely assembled and ready to drop in with HEI distributor. Core motors are late 60's/early 70's and partally disassembled. They would give you the non-integrated head and manifolds if you wanted to swap one over later plus a good oil pan for the runner.
