I'm In need of a dust cover and support rods for a 700r. I just put a 205 in and I think it's about time I got a dust cover on. I have the rod that runs from the bellhousing to the tcase but I don't know if there is a differnt rod for a 205 vs a 208 because mine will have to be shaped to fit if theres not a differnt rod. Thanks all

I have the dust cover you are looking for but no spare rods.

$50 gets it shipped to your door. I will even guarantee the cover to be free of cracks and "aluminum rust."

I've got another rod, but it's the same one you took off your 208, can't you modify that one? I don't think you're going to find a premade rod since they never made a 700/205 combo. Good luck!

You mite have to hold on to it for a bit, I think I'm going to have to change out my 700r it's making some very bad noises comeing from the pan the damn thing only has 10,000 miles on it.So after I get my new driveshaft in today we'll how bad it is.

I just modified my rod when I made the swap, no problems yet.

Thats what I'll have to do for the rear rod anyway. I'll get to that after I get the tranny looked at, I think it went south with my old tcase.
