need fuel sending unit part #

    need a fuel sending unit gm part number for 87 jimmy with a 31 gallon tank. dealer wants 430 bucks and he wouldnt tell me the part number, lmc catalog isnt clear.

    go to jcwhitney, sounds cheap, but it is a quality part, got mine with a new tank, and works well. My new tank with unit was under 470.

    Erie Radiator has them. I paid 115 for sending unit and 100bucks for a new 31gal tank w/baffles. Mine was for a 89 chevy EFI so I could do my EFI conversion. Prices were shipped to my door. I will see if I can find a reciept with there # on it. These parts are new GM parts with warranty of 1 year.
