    NEED HELP! K5 won\'t start

I have an '89 K5 that I just lifted (4" w/ 35 X-Terrains) that won't start now. I have been able to drive a little since I put the lift on. I came home the other day from work and parked the truck in the driveway and there it has sat ever since. The symptoms are as follows:

It does try to fire and certain things work like headlights, power doorlocks and windows. However, other things do not work like the horn, dome light, radio

Any suggestions would be very appreciated!!!

a start would be to check fuses also check your fuel pump fuses and relays to see if it is working

I'm sorry I forgot to list some things that I have tried. I have checked all the fuses in the fuse box under the dash. Also, I have had the battery checked it tested out fine. A friend of mine told me to check the fusible link that comes off the starter. I went to the dealership and the "starter/alternator guy" told me there was not a fusible link coming off the starter but said that there is one coming off the battery. He gave me some fusible link wire but I have not replaced the fusible link coming off the battery because it does not look bad.
