It is like the post says I have all the lights, including turn signal but the brake lights do not work. What should I check?

Start with the fuses, if all good check the taillight bulbs. Do your rear running lights work? If the bulbs check out good, check the pedal switch. It is mounted under you dash just above the brake pedal. You should be able to push the pedal with your hand and see where it releases the switch, which makes your brake lights come on. It is adjustable. Good luck.

To add to the above info Take a test light and make sure that you have power going to the brake wires when the pedal is applied,
If not then I would bet that there is a short above the gas tank and you need to test the wires before the tank (inside the the frame rails)...mike

Hijacking the thread, but check to see if they come on at any time as you go through the gear selector. If they do, it's the park/neutral switch thats out of adjustment I believe. If not, you've got two bad bulbs, or wiring problems somewhere.
