    Hey Y'all,

My 87 dually I just got has a few cracks in each fender, I've never worked "glass" before. Is there a way to repair this or do i need to hunt another set of fenders? Also my truck has a air dam in the front, it has taken some pretty good licks, is it possible to reapit it? I figure the conversion company stopped selling parts for it along time ago so I figure I'll never find a replacement for. Any help greatly appreciated, Thanks

If its glass fenders then you need to make a groove where the crack is the full length of the crack plus drill a small hole at the end of the crack to help stop it from cracking further. then you are going to do this layer after layer from bottom side til the crack is covered well and place a couple layers on top, not too much on the outer surface as glass is hard to shape! Use body filler after the repair to smooth out the fender.
