Cheap white vinegar works... just put it on with a wash cloth or something, let it sit a minute or so and it should stop the itching... /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

Burn them off with a ciggarett, it works and the scarring goes away after a few months. I learned this one from a kid from Oklahoma. You can also try a teabag compress, this works for just about everything else.

I've heard of the "cross-cut" thing before.

I remember seeing some kind of gizmo in the grocery store when I was younger, that was some kind of plastic thing with an "X" on one end that you just press on top of the 'skeeter bite. No medicine or whatever, just stamp the "X" on the bite and relax.

I don't know if that thing ever worked or not. /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif

Apply some AMMONIA with a Q-tip. It's cheap and it works.

The plastic thingie I saw at the grocery store with the "X" on the end of it does nothing to cut the skin, just press it against the bite and "voila!" /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif

I still never figured out how that thingie worked. /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif
