If everything works out OK I should be going to pick up a 14 bolt FF and matching 10 bolt 8 lug in the next week or two. Since Im kinda low on cash Ive decided to weld the spider gears to make a spool like setup. I want to know if any of you out there have any pics of the spider gears before and after you welded so I can show my friend where to weld. He doesnt really want to do this unless he knows where to weld and what kind of welding rod to use. So I told him Id give him pics. So if you guys could give me some links to pics and also tell me what kind of metal the welding rod should be Id appreciate it.

Yeah, ask tRusty!!! When he stopped by my house and we were inspecting his Jimmy, I asked him about the rear spiders being welded. He told me 'aboot' it and said he never had trouble with it. Give him a private.
