I have a 85 CUCV that runs good but was sold as salvage and I am having trouble getting a title. I want to buy a truck with a good title, prefer a CUCV or 3/4 or 1 ton long bed 4x4, but will consider any mid 80's truck. Does anyone have a junker sitting around? Will pay for shipping, the whole truck will fit in an envelope /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Thanks, but I didn't really want to go back that many years. And I have a line on an 88, but of course it is the newer body style. I still have my fingers crossed for a CUCV title or something closer to what it really is in case we ever get emissions testing or inspections here, ie mid 80's 1 ton 4x4 longbed diesel.

I have registration for an 88 1 ton 4x4 diesel longbed. Will not require smog. I parted out the truck. There is $400 in back fees. Maybe you can get it dropped somehow. I am asking $150 for the registration. I also have a 2wd 85 1 ton with no back fees that won't pass smog. $200 for that registration.
