I'm getting a set of used 5.13s from a member for my D60, do I need to break them in if its already been done? Do they need to be broken in for each setup is the real question I guess.

I did not break-in my used gears.

From what I understand, the break-in procedure is to treat the steel and to establish a wear pattern on the gears. Used gears have already gone through that procedure. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Beast is right - no need to go through a break in period a second time . Tom
