So I'm finishing up a 2 year build on a 94 YJ. I should be able to crank it in the next week or so. I have the title, but need to get an emissions inspection before I can get a tag.

The Jeep has a GM crate motor (an HT383) with fuel injection, so I'm not concerned about that part . . . I'm guessing it will burn clean enough to pass. My concern is the fuel cell and the exhaust. Anyone ever tried to get a "modified" vehicle passed before? If so, what happened? Anyone know an inspection station that's "friendly" to 4-wheelers (not looking for anyone to do anything illegal, just not get too picky about some of the mods)?

Any input would be appreciated . . . thanks!
