    anyone have links to listings of bank holdings/foreclosures? Looking for a new house fairly quick, possibley something I can pickup cheap and make money on in a years time (maybe two).

    Actually, I was just checking around your area. If you're only thinking you'll be in it for a year, stay away from the tax sale and lean toward other foreclosures (if you find that's what you do want to pursue).
    It looks like there's a 1 year post-sale redemption period on tax foreclosure's in your area (meaning the prior owner can buy it back by paying the taxes he owes on it even after you've paid for it, etc).
