There is just enough room to put the Hand in there.
I will have to mount the wheel and tire and then add the ring later. I made it so only 8 of the bolts hold it on. It kind of also works as a theft deterent. If some one tries to steel it, most likely the other 8 bolts will break and the tire will pop off and whap them in the face.

I started with a 4'x4' piece of 1/4" 6061 aluminum. Then I cut 4 16" squares out of it with a Bandsaw. I then stacked each one on top of the other on a CNC mill. I drilled the 8 holes that hold the ring on. Then I seperated them and made a fixture that would let me bolt down each one. I then started with a 1/2" 2 flute carbide endmill. I then ran it around the piece to get the outside diameter and the clearance for the other 8 holes. Then I went to the middle. I cut the Bowtie then the Banana looking deals.(Brake cooling system LOL) I then went around everything once more to get a good finish then cut a .130 radius around every sharp edge. It took about 2 hours for the first one and then about an hour each other one. I just need to get them polished for the finishing touch.

The ring is on a 15x10 eaton Bead lock. I am going with the 38x14.50-15 tst/sx.

hell yeah man. I've done quite a bit of work on a mill but no access to one now. it's on my list of big boy toys when I get out of school and get my own shop. That looks awesome. Good to hear you did the work yourself!!!
