was it professionally done? or by a friend? either way, pick your artist VERY carefully.

i like the idea, but yours looks a bit lopsided.

i dont think the lopsidedness is a big deal could fix it by making it thicker

the bowtie is a hard thing to draw freehand, not suprised it came out lopsided.

Thickening it up might help, but it might make it worse. From what I see, the angles on the ends aren't the same, thus causing the distortion.

Only options I think are to be happy with it, or cover it with a black panther head.

I never quite understood the reasoning behind a brand loyalty tat, like the bowtie, or harley shield and wings.. it's not like the company rewards that kind of loyalty with a monthly check. To me, tats should be about art, not commerce.

    anyway, that's just me.

agreed. i have Mr Horsepower tattooed on my left upper arm, with a pair of wrenches crossed behind it, and my grand father's initials. got it 2 years to the day after he died. i'm considering a bowtie on my left forearm. i had a friend who had one just like i'm considering. lost him almost 6 years ago now. i would be doing it more in memory of him than for the brand loyalty thing.
