My lovely wife gave me my Christmas present early.............Nikon D70.

    Backyard, yesterday at sunset.

Left this one tinted as it conveyed the chill at sundown!

And, the '73 warming it's nose!

Parents are getting me a 4 megapixel Nikon. Don't know the model of it. I picked it out without looking at the model number.

Don, you looking at making the '73 your DD so you can turn 'Dollar' into a uber-hardcore capable trail-only rig?

The D70 is a nice camera. Good luck in figuring out all of the stuff that it can do.

I've done a couple of weddings and did newsletters for a couple of years. I do the company events and personnel photos. Used to do tons of 35 mm in and after the USAF.

    Self portrait!

That is awesome. I am stll waiting for the price to come down, but the ability to use my nikon lenses on a digital would be great.

Last time I checked you can't use Cannon 35mm lenes on Cannon digitals. That was one of the reasons I went with the Nikon.

That D70 rocks, I got my wife the SB-600 flash for Christmas. I've pimped my pics enough so I won't do it again.
