new chicken recipe...

    There are probably many recipes like it, but I tried a new recipe I made up tonight...
    its pan-fried chicken breast with olive oil, and cajun seasoning (also custom made, by me:grin:) then before its ALL the way cooked, put it in a glass baking dish, spread with pasta sauce, and top with cheese (I used montary jack, marble, and parmasen) then baked at 500 for 10 minutes until the cheese was all melted.
    Served it with tri-color pasta noodles, with the same pasta sauce, and broccoli and cauliflower.

    It was good! :)

    give me a minute, I;ll go write it down...





    HERE it is..........

    Cajun Seasoning.........:

    5 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. dried oregona
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic poweder

    I THINK it makes 1/4 cup. I doubled the recipe when I made it so I could have leftovers...
