Just got home from doing the title transfer and all. Should have my license back as early as tomorrow night too, so I can actually drive it /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif.

    1989 2500 Burban
350, SM465, 241(guessing), 10 bolt/14 bolt semi floater, 3.42s in both. Shes rusty but better than my K5 was when I started.
Forgot the guy I got it from was the original owner.

Nice, finally convinced your dad it wasn't too big then.

If you ever want a new body for it I know a great place in Iowa to get them from. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

You call that rusty?? /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif From my point of view, if you can't stick your finger through the quarter panels then it isn't rusty!

Yeah thats the place Rust Free Auto Parts.

They can get the older bodies if you need them, but it's gonna take a bit longer and may cost more.

Their the ones who put the new body on mine, did a killer job over the couple of days I was there. Took me out to lunch both days, out to see the circle track car they had, and out to the Casino up the road too. You couldn't beat their hospitality!

Thats where I'm gonna go next time I build another Burb. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

    Sled Dog,
No problem like I said it's gonna be awhile before I can put em on anyway.

    SUBFAN,
I paid $2150 installed for my 88 conversion body with a full interior, only missing the front doors. We swaped mine on and I got to keep my entire old interior. Depending on what you want/need they can get you a pretty good price. I'm not sure about delivery though. There are some pics from the rebuild on my site in the sig.
