Got the 4" rough country on, looks sweet. I've had a front driveshaft with a CV joint and it's got notches that wont let it angle down to get to the axle. The driveshaft before that, which I still have, has just a regular u-joint on the t-case end. It will flex enough but it is too short and even it is pretty close (a couple degrees) to being too much of an angle. Who makes a shaft that will work and how much extra travel should it have for susp flex???? /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Grind off the stops on the front dshaft that is causing it to bind, put the frame on jackstands to let the front axle hang down, if it still binds, grind some more.

Everyone around here recommends Jess at High Angle Driveline. He should be able to make you a front shaft that would be plenty beefy for your K30.

While my setup is a bit different than yours, my stock front driveshaft works fine with my 4" Rough Country Lift. It came factory with a CV at one end and needed no mods. /forums/images/graemlins/burb.gif
