I have seen them with a metal floor also. Diamond plate, painted the same color as the body. Have seen them in first gen also.

They ALL came from the factory with wood. The ones you have seen with metal floors have had that added since new.

Well, it looks like your right! I did some research and found that you could get a fleetside with a wooden bed also.

Hey everyone, thanks for the warm welcome!! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Sure Jon, you had to bring THAT up!! /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif I don't think we'll have to worry about that happening again since I redid my website...unless you plan on blackmailing me...hehehe

Oh and why are you following me??? Oh wait...you were here first Ha!

Thanks everyone for the compliments on my truck. He's a work in progress (like any guy /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif ) and I have a long way to go. But it's lots of fun to get muddy /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif ..now if only we'd get some more rain down here in Southern Oregon.

Sandman, I do have the original factory wood bed that is in pretty bad shape. That's one of the things on my list to replace someday.

Powermad, I don't know what took me so long to get over here. I've known about this place for almost a year.

I was looking around the NW forum a bit and actually wondering if there're any members in the Southern Oregon/Northern CA area? I would really like to meet some people to go wheeling with when my truck can handle it. (That's another story that'll I'll share on a different forum I'm sure.)
Both my husband and I don't really know what we're doing in that area but we'd love to learn and what little bit we've done was a blast!
