Just went through a financial assessment... scored a 63 out of 100 :(

Opened my eyes to some easily attainable goals, build up my emergency money fund, IRA contributions, etc.

If you have an opportunity to do one I highly reccommend it. The only reason why I scored reasonably high is my SGLI, renter's insurance, and gov't medical benifits.

Is this an online thing? I'd be curious to see what I score.

I did mine at usaa.com :dunno:

I don't know where else you could do it at, but if you're a usaa member it's on there. Can-can, if you're not a member, you should be eligible (doesn't cost anything).

I checked it out, but I've never served in the US Forces. I was a member of the Canadian Reserves when I was younger(we call it the militia up here), but that doesn't count.

The farthest I got was registering with the Selective Service Board on my 18th birthday, but I never got called. It's better that way- I'm a pretty poor shot. The squirrels at my property can attest to that.:rotfl:

Anyhow, back on topic. Does anybody have a link that provides a similar service? This has piqued my interest......

A good place to start is annualcreditreport.com

Get reports from equifax, transunion, and experian with a little less hassle.
