i just bought some new toys, a magellan meridian color GPS and staun tire deflators. First the GPS:

its bitchen, it has a speedometer accurate to the tenth of a mile per hour, so i know when i'm going 65.1 MPH /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif it has a trip odometer, and a back track function, so if i get lost on trails i can back track, it has waypoint markers, so if i find a killer hill at pismo beach and theres no visual markers near to find it again, i can mark the position in the gps. Its awesome!

you just screw them onto the valve stem and it deflates my 37x12.5x16.5 from 26 PSI to 6 PSI in like 7-10 minutes, and it comes with 4 so no more kneeling on the ground with keys, just screw them on and wait till they stop. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Hey right on! Can you make custom trails with the waypoints? How many can it store?

I'd like to have one for a speedo and if I could map some simple maps to my favorite backwoods spots that would be great!

Anyway, cool buys, definately good items to have

A canadian kid I know (Kevin Friedstat) had a picture of some guys device to deflate tires.

It was a lot of air hose and T's and chucks. Once chuck went on each tire, the lock on kind. The hose ran to one male quick connect, that way he could pop a chuck on each tire, let the air run out through a pressure gauge, and when he got it where he wanted it, took em off.

Handy to fill too, but you cant shove 20 foot of hose in your pocket now eh? /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif
