i have been comming to this site for a while, and finally decided to register. so heres the question: i have a 1984 6.2 diesel blazer, and i can't seem to keep the stearing gear box tight for any amount of time. i have grade 8 bolts into the box itself, with polylock aircraft nuts on the other side as jam nuts, and loctite, i tightened it all up until i felt like i was gonna pass out. any input? thanks

Remove the box. The frame behind it is most likely cracked.

Get the ORD kit to fix it up.

You might need one of these to repair the frame under the steering box web page
