Well the CEO and COO called me in the other day and told me they were mooving my boss (whos an owner) to be president of our window division and that I was now officialy the Director of Commercial and Multi Family sales :D

They also told me that I need to:
1 Quit doing all my extra stuff and focus on my job
2 Develop a better marketing plan :doah:
3 Hire an assistant (think the wife will get mad if she has a big rack)

    And best of all,

4 Look for some continuing education and they would help pay for me to get a MBA :pimp:

Nope they already posted the Saturday schedule, I got 6 of em. Plus they pay $ 150 so Ill still take extras, problem is now if someone asks for a manager I use to either play senior guy and help them or say none are avalible and give them one to call on Monday, now I have to deal with the pita's when they call or come in.
