    My one friend just bought a '79 K5... it is bone stock at the moment...

    He will be doing similar mods to mine and he will also being installing a 1999 454FI.......

    I cant wait til he gets the engine swap done.

    I will keep everyone informed.

    Well I guess it is not that hard to install this. My firend talked to a guy at a shop(cant remember the name of the place, but I know it is known nationwide) and they told him that all he needed was a wring harness and a computer from a 96 engine. The reason for the older harness is that the 96's did not use a Mass Airflow Sensor....

    I will keep everyone informed!!!!

    Yes, he does have internet access and he knows about here.. I am not sure why he doesn't come and post...

    Not sure when I will run 38's.. I have to wait until these tires wear out, then I will probably get 38's...
