Hello! I'm a new member to ColoradoK5. I'm a partner with Damon (aka Moose) in Toybox Off-Road. I'll admit up front that I own/drive a Jeep, but 80% of it is Chevy!!!! Chevy 350, Turbo 350, 12 bolt rear, D44 front, etc.

Moose and I like to razz each other pretty well about Chevys versus Jeeps, but let's face it, you want hardware that's not going to break, you start with a Chevy!! You'll find I'm not your "typical" Jeeper. I understand what works and I BUILD my stuff, not BUY my stuff!

I used to work for GM Powertrain Division in Ypsilanti, MI, and I rebuild my own Turbo Hydromatic trannies. I'm not an expert by any means, but I love to try to diagnose auto trannies. But I don't go beyond GM trannies. Chryslers can take a hike and I don't even want to think about Ford crap.

I look forward to reading and learning more from this group.

    80% Chevy / 20% Other (aka Jeep)

I see you finally decided to become a member of a great group of guys. Go easy on him boys I am converting him a little at a time. Hell when i met him he drove a Grand Am. Then he bought a J**P now he is finally realizing the CHEVY is the only way to go.

    Welcome aboard.

Don't worry about the J@@p you have.

It sounds like it's a Chevy that needs a face lift anyway [IMG]

    See Ya,
