Just picked up a complete D60 from a '91 dodge SRW. Turns out it's been at the salvage yard for the better part of 10 yrs. Truck was wrecked shortly after it was new.

It is complete from lockout-lockout including the calipers with 3.54 gears. Only downside is the RH knuckle is damaged. The tip of the tie rod hole is broke, no biggie there.
    Price: $250 /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif.

Damn you, that was only 72.4% of the $345 I paid you for those wheels and center caps. You got the better end of that deal, and beer money left over. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

    Mark,

Turns out that it was sitting in a small yard about 10 miles from my house all along! They had broken knuckle in the discription so nobody bought it. I don't think anyone even looked at it, worth the money in parts alone.

Then again, 10 yrs or so ago I bought my first D60 from another yard for $250 +$75 core and $50 for calipers. It came out of a '78 dodge sno-commander. Front axle was in the truck on the main isle for years, with out even a front clip on the truck.

As far as finding them, I'm forever scrounging even when I don't need anything. Drives my wife nuts,"Honey, I found another dana 60". And she says " /forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif"

    Tim,

I knew the D60 wouldn't fit your Dmax. So I saved you the hassle of carting home /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif.

I'll take that as a compliment from the guy who "stole" his CUCV.
We don't want too get into how many $500 454 trucks I parted out /forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif.
