I just got here from Alaska. I need to know all the good shops here in the springs as I have alot of work to do on my blazer. First thing is a good front end alignment. Also where is the best place to buy parts such as lift kits and such.
    Thanks for the info.

Hey Kodiak.Hows it going. My work drives alot of f250 fords. With the piece of crap ttb front ends. The buds muflers on maizland and academy have been the best at getting these aligned right.Don't know if its equipment or just a good guy doing the work. But that is just my personal experiance so far. There are other shops in town that are probably good.

Predator are usely helpfull and nice but are always high on prices. They are more geared too the jeep market but have a good stock of things.

Tanner , have got a few things from and there service was average and prices where the same as most advertised prices in magazines.Ordered four 38 inch swampers and they where in two days later.

Four wheel Parts,no personal experiance but my friend ordered some rims and it took like 5 weeks for then to come in.But the price was right.

Might be going up too Hackett and long water in a couple of weeks if i get my front driveshaft done.want too come?

What took you away from Kodiak? Thought you were a lifer!

Bet you'll miss that hunting, fishing, and scenery. Was planning on trying to get there this summer.

    Will you go back?

Bigd named the 4WD shops that I know of here in town. I've heard that Jack's Alignment on Fillmore does good work on front ends. Welcome to Colorado! [IMG]

    Thanks for the info.
I must admit I have seen very few blazers in this town. In kodiak everyone owns at least one 4wd if not 2 or 3. Here it seems everyones running around in little death traps.
I have seen 4 first gen blazers in the 2 weeks we have been here though.
If you see a white 71 with Alaska tags, pull up and say high.
