I was thinking last night that the English language needs a new word. Follow along with my idea. The word "today" indicates the current day, the word "tomorrow" indicates the day after today. We have no word that indicates the day after tomorrow, unless we use the actual name of that day, which will change everyday, and we all suffer from not knowing what day of the week it is at times. Example, lets go wheeling the day after tomorrow, or we could say lets go wheeling Friday, means the same thing. My solution is using the word "next" which would mean the same as the day after tomorrow, but with less words. Examples, lets go to the movies next night, or I have to go to work next day, or lets go to breakfast next morning . We use the word "next" describing next week, next month, next year. Why not use it to describe the day after tomorrow, and save a few words, and possibly have less misunderstanding on what days or nights we are talking about.
