I have a bunch of friends that chew.. One quit a quite a few years ago.. as far as I know he did it cold turkey.... Also have some that try to qut, but cant.... They go back and forth between chewing and smoking..

I saw a new show on the nicotine water. Said it was targeted towards people who fly and need the "fix" until they land..

I quit smoking a couple months ago. Started when I was 11, almost 25 now. I'll still smoke one now and then, but I don't "need" them anymore. Actually makes me feel like sh!t the next morning if I do smoke.

no nicotine or caffine products of any kind over here. Why spend money on that when there are cool truck parts to be had?

Quit back in December cold turkey. Ive had a couple since, at parties and stuff. They usually make me feel like crap the next morning. Quiting was pretty easy for me, I just stopped buying them. I do miss them though, I miss the social aspect of smoking. And Ive noticed I drink a little more than usual now...
