Am I the only one that wants to punch these people in the face/stomach, just to prove a point? They would most likly not get it anyway.
I mean serously have your opinions about the gov. sucking but don't put a sign in your car or in front of your house branding you. If you live in America, even if you do not support the actions being taken write a letter, don't make yourself a target.
Sorry to be rude but I need to know I'm not the only one who appreciates where I live.

Mayby im reading this wrong but im sure that my wife has put soething up in yard similar to the yellow ribbons that were everywhere for the first one and considering that im on a boat going there right now i dont see a problem. I dont know what you have done in the past so i will not try to guess and form a judgement but for all the people who want to fight and are able do it, come over here i will be more than happy to teach you how, for those who have in the past and those who arent here because of it, THANK YOU, i have a real problem with people who want to protest a war when it might not even happen. But what really gets my blood presure up is people who have no ties to people who will doing the fighting protesting!!!!!! If anyone has a right to protest its my familly and the families of every person in country who might not see there serviceman/woman agian because of it. Iv been here once allready and to be truthfull dont like the idea of not watching my son play sports agian or watching my daughter get married or not see or spend any time with my wife (who is also actice duty!). BUT if what we do here will stop some sonofbitch from detonating a chemical device or worse in this country it is worth it. Think about how sad you would be if you lost loved ones to another attack, what would you say, we should of done something about it, well guess what we ARE!!!!. I think about my children and know that there saftey is more important than what i risk, and in that your children are more important as well because something might never happen to mine but could to yours. THAT IS WHY THIS IS GOING ON DAMMIT THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF OUR KIDS. So for those who protest, your welcome,

Is the food that bad on board? /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

Only Navy food I ever ate was down at Pearl Harbor one day, and got fed by Marines once another time and it wasn't half bad.

hey man, i know how it is. we lost 4 marines here in the states the other night. you can catyh it on CNN.com. helo crash in texas. its a bummer.

BUT on the other side i am tired of dealing with this fag sadam. he has affected my life since i was 13. kill him. if another tyrant comes in, kill him. keep snip'n them off untill someone good comes in.

my mom was told she was going to deploy in november of 93. she was a Specialist in the army. he specialty was accounting. they told he to get uissued an m16 and go fight. she aint so stable anymore. 10 years later. granted this does not happen to everybody. but i still want the bastrd gone.

i go to skool in portland OR and we have the biggest mass of leftist anti-war idiots outside of San Fran. These peeps keep saying "give peaceful means a chance!" that sounds all good... too bad we HAVE been doing that for over 10 years and the ONLY result of sanctions and other "peaceful means" is starving iraqi civilians and saddam tightening his grip over what good people are left in Iraq.

it must be nice to sit over here safe/secure and well fed and tell everyone to wait for peaceful means to work. Guarenteed if they were put in the shoes of an innocent iraqi civilian who was being brutally tortured because he/she is *suspected* of political dissent that the peacenik would have a different view on how long is acceptable to "wait".

i was in the marine infantry for 4 years... i hope we go in there and kick saddams regime the hell out of power, stabalize the iraqi government so it can take care of itself, and then come back home where we belong.

I agree with you all. I just returned from Djibouti, Doha, and Afgahnistan. The Protesters should be sent over to live with the kurds. So they could be gased and persecuted because of their beliefs. Then they could come back and preach no war. Freedom of speech is a great thing; however one must always praise the protector of that freedom.

Freedom is what you make of it.
You can say what you will and someone will have a differing opnion, in this country that is the way it is. But if someone punches me I'll be damned if just standing there is my response. /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif
i agree with most responses, however I think the public as a whole are left in the dark about the things that are happening around the world. we elect a represenitive to deal with the things we do not know(and most don't want to know).
My issue is if you don't understand it do research before you put up the unpatriotic beacons in your lawn.
