I rebuilt my TBI last Saturday. I put in a new TPS and IAC also. Since then I haven't had any more surging at the stop lights. I like the extra kick in the pants too. I can actually chirp my 33's on dry pavement. Best 2 hours and $100 I have spent in a long time. I set the TPS at 2.222 ohms closed throttle and it was 6.56 at wide open throttle. The IAC had build-up on the pintle so guessing that might have been the problem. The old TPS is still good and goes in the extra parts bin.
