No reply from Rancho or Energy Suspension... Normal?

    Is it just me or has anyone else experienced the same? I have sent 5 different messages to both companies requesting info and help over the past three weeks and I have not received a reply. Not a one! I sent follow up messages to follow up messages and still, no answer. Good customer service?!?!

    I've had problems w/ Rancho before and didn't get what I wanted until I sent one very nasty E-mail, explaining my great dis-satisfaction w/ their customer service.... /forums/images/icons/smirk.gif

    I know this is the "technology" age and all, but I have called Rancho 3 times, yes CALLED them,, the guys that answered the phone have been VERY receptive to my inquiries..you may want to give them a call, I don't have the ## right here, but it's on the site, and in every magazine..
