I have a 87 blazer with a Rancho 2.5" lift. When I go over large bumps in the road, I can hear a clanking sound from the front of the truck. The only thing that I can see as a noise maker is the 2nd spring hitting the top spring in the leaf pack. This is occuring near the front bushing. Has this happened to anyone, and have they been able to fix it?

    thanks!

How are your shock mounts? They have a bad habit of breaking off or the shock could be loose.

The front stock shackles wear out too. The bolt holes elongate and the spring will actually hit the frame...
