Ok I'm crazy... was out at midnight putting my soft top back on after I brought it in to clean it and make some sewing mods. I didn't want dogs on it overnight or to fold it all up, plus if it rained that would wreck some stuff. To make a long story short, it was hard to concentrate on my truck with the amazing light show going on in the sky! I'm tempted to wake the kids to show them (but not *that* crazy).

I haven't seen it since I was a young kid. Every time I see it on TV or in a magazine,
I get a little chill up my spine and the hair on the back of my neck stands up.
    What a rush !!! /forums/images/icons/cool.gif

I seen them once on a backpacking trip, 7,000 feet uo on a mountain and I was awaken by the sight of the northern lights...never will forget it.

I saw them for the 1st time over in Shelbyville Tn earlier this year. It was a site to see. Very overwhelming. To top it off I saw a shooting start cut across it , but the cool thing about the shooting star is it had a thick green tail. Another thing I've never seen b4.

Sounds like something out of a movie. Amazing!
