"We are in the process of selling our patterns, tooling, and some of the
other assets of the company to Specialty Top Co. who will be building the
Blazer/Jimmy tops. We expect the deal to close within the next 2 to 3
weeks, and Specialty should be in production in late July or early August.
We will place a link on our web site @ http://www.kaylinetops.com to
Specialty's web site, as soon as the deal is done, so that you can find
    them."

That's good news, I think. I really do want a Fast-Trac (although I can't afford a hot dog now that I'm out of work).

As long as you don't have to start eating mayonnaise sandwiches... If the Can-Back deal comes through, I think it may be a better product, though. May have to get two jobs to afford one, though.
    Take care

I hear ya Steve, I close on my first house in one week. Gonna wipe me clean out (stocking up on hot dogs now.) That down payment sure could buy me a lot of truck parts.
I want one or the other (Fast-Trac or Can-Back), I'll have to see the two designs side-by-side in detail before I pull the trigger. If neither is ready for a couple of months, that's fine. I'll need to work this purchase through the finance committee (read: my fiancee) first anyway.

So you're saying buy the top and some flowers, ask for forgiveness. I like the way you think.

yea, after sleeping a few days in your blazer she'll forgive you. but then again, sound like a camping trip to me. LOL..

the top does sound tempting, but i am too considering a home in the near future. gotta get a place to work on my blazer first. :-)
