in the past month I have thrown my rear driveline twice, both times breaking the case of my 208C. Is there anyway that I can keep this from happening to future t-cases?

Get a longer driveshaft. Did you lift your truck and not lengthen the shaft? A slip-yoke eliminator kit can help too.
