I have a NP203 and want to have lock-outs. Is the part-time kit for this transfer case very reliable? Thanks.

The shaft style from Mile Marker is the most reliable. It costs more, but you get a replacement shaft instead of the blocks that jam gears inside the t-case that come with the cheap conversion kits. You can see them both at http://www.milemarker.com/catalog/4-x-2-conversion.html
