is it a light press fit?
I didnt see anything holding it in, and a few whacks with the deadblow didnt seem to move it.

    TIA

Its a press fit on one end, i think the back end, that end of the shaft is slightly larger than the front, so you feed it in through the back, or drive it from the front to the back to get it out, that is if i remember correctly. Anybody want to confirm this? Maybe if i go lay in a puddle of 30W i'll remember for sure?

Just took mine apart, and reassembled it. It is a press fit, but not light! A 5lb lead hammer moved it quite well. Sharp blows and a beefy drift are needed.
