Is it possible to rig up a dual shifter for a np203?
it is possile. there was a thread on this a week or two ago. try searching.
It is possible to set up one shifter for Hi - Low, and the other to control the lock. If you are trying to get front wheel drive only on the 203 like the 205 twin stick, it's not possible.
I was wanting to limit the distance I have to move my shifter to get into 4wd. I was hoping that by having two shifters, I could split the travel. (If you get what I am saying)
Yes that can be done. Also depending on how you arange the pivot point, you can set the amount of "throw".
im doin this on mine. my POS shifter broke and i get sick of it binding up all the time. ill post pics once i get it done
I'd like to see that, thanks!
I just bought a twin stick shifter kit from ORD. It is a slightly modified version of their doubler twin stick shifter. I have not received it yet but I will post on how it works out. I am tring to acomplish the same thing you are. I believe the guys name at ORD is stephen. You can see it on their site.
